• LOCATION: Oyarifa, Accra

• Implement the Montessori method to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Develop and execute lesson plans tailored to the needs of each Learner.
• Foster independence, creativity and critical thinking in Learners.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each Learner and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.

Required Skills or Experience

• Certified Montessori Teacher with relevant qualifications and experience.
• Proven experience in a Montessori classroom setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, learning processes, preschool education and regulatory standards.
• Must possess excellent communication, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to commit to excellence and deliver agreed performance outcomes.
• Ability to provide effective supervision and instil discipline in a learning environment.
• Flexible, with ability to work with people with diverse background.
