"Right To Play is a global organization that protects, educates and empowers children to rise above adversity using the power of play. With programs in 15 countries around the world including 52 refugee camps, we reach millions of children each year in some of the most difficult and dangerous places on earth, helping them to stay in school and graduate, resist exploitation, overcome prejudice, prevent disease and heal from the trauma of war. We do this by harnessing play, one of the most fundamental forces in a child's life, to teach children the critical skills they need to dismantle barriers and embrace opportunities, in learning and in life.

Right To Play Ghana seeks to achieve impact in four core outcome areas: quality education, child protection, girls’ empowerment, and health and well-being. We are reaching over 700,000 (50% female) children through our direct and indirect intervention in schools and out of schools in the Greater Accra, Volta, Northern and Upper East regions."

Job Description

Right to Play Ghana is seeking proposals from qualified health insurance providers to deliver comprehensive medical health insurance coverage for our staff and their dependents. We aim to ensure that all employees have access to quality healthcare services that meet their medical needs effectively and affordably.
 

• Outpatient and inpatient services
• Specialist consultations
• Laboratory tests and diagnostics
• Surgical procedures
• Dental and optical care
• Emergency medical services
• Chronic condition management

Required Skills or Experience

• Range and comprehensiveness of medical services offered.
• Inclusion of dependents, Spouses and additional benefits (e.g., maternity, dental, optical, mental health).

• Accessibility and reputation of hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the network.

• Competitive pricing, transparency of costs, and absence of hidden charges.

• Availability of 24/7 support services.
