Our little but thriving design studio is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and detail oriented Project Manager who enjoys creating dynamic spaces and objects.

Responsibilities

• Plan Projects: Collaborate with designers, clients, and contractors to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee Execution: Supervise all phases of the project and ensure timely delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
• Procurement Management: Oversee procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project requirements

Required Skills or Experience

Should be Proficient in

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello,)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
