Job Description

• REPORT TO: Head of Maintenance

Job Purpose
We are a leading hospitality destination in Ghana, committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking a qualified Facilities Manager to join our team and help maintain the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and efficiency of work by employees and contractors.
• Conduct and document regular facility inspections.
• Supervise building maintenance, custodial tasks, and grounds upkeep.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance protocols.
• Organize building refurbishments and monitor interior/exterior cleanliness.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure timelines are met.
• Enforce health and safety policies and handle emergency preparedness procedures.
• Supervise facility staff and collaborate with external contractors

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications/Skills

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or a degree in Facility Management.
• Expertise in HVAC systems, electrical, civil, and plumbing operations.
• Experience in facility budgeting and financial resource allocation.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Contract handling experience and basic knowledge of finance principles.
