Job Purpose
The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual with a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building brand awareness, and developing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, print, digital).
- Create engaging digital marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
- Plan and execute sales events and product launches.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to assess customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration
- 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
