Proposals are to be submitted to the Procurement & Fleet Manager with the subject heading – MSIG PREFFERRED SUPPLIER LIST 2025 through electronic mail to the below address ghanaprocurement@mariestopes.org.gh

All requests for clarifications should be sent to the Procurement & Fleet Manager through the following email address: ghanaprocurement@mariestopes.org.gh
PREPARATION OF THE PROPOSALS
The Proposals and all requested documents shall be written in English.
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE PROPOSAL The proposals shall be structured as follows:
FORMAT AND SIGNING OF PROPOSALS
The Proposal shall be duly signed by a person, or persons duly authorized to bind the company to future contracts if it is considered on the list.
