Construction Of Borehole Fitted With Hand Pump

Norsaac is a human-rights community engagement, and policy influencing organization headquartered in Tamale and serving Ghana to promote social transformation and improved living conditions. Norsaac in Partnership with Children Believe is implementing the “Nalerigu Area Child Development Program (NACDP)” in East Mamprusi Municipal in the North-East Region of Ghana. NACDP is a comprehensive sponsorship initiative focused on improving the well-being of children and families in underserved communities. The program operates under key thematic areas, including Education, Health and Nutrition, in Thriving Communities, Child Protection and Participation, Gender Equality & Social Inclusion, Youth Employability & Economic Empowerment.

Norsaac in partnership with Children Believe intends to construct a borehole in Nanyeri community in East Mamprusi Municipality.

Norsaac now invites sealed tenders for a hydrological survey, drilling, construction and development of bore holes fitted with either Mark II or Afridev pumps.

How To Apply

The tender documents should be accompanied by the following;

Cover letter
Bill of Quantities for both Mark II & Afridez pumps
Works and housing certificate
GRA Certificate
SSNIT Certificate
Labour Certificate
Registrar General Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation
Proven experience (evidence of similar work done within the year)
Power of attorney
Annual financial turnover report

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tenderer Name and Reference Number and delivered on or before 25th February 2025 at 4:00pm.
A box to receive tenders will be placed at a vantage and secure place of the Organization for two copies (Finance and Technical) of tenders to be placed inside.
Late tenders will be rejected. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
