Job Description

• REPORT TO: Assistant General Manager, Administration.

Job Purpose
A leading hotel in Ghana seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive its sales strategy across various revenue-generating outlets, including rooms, events, and food & beverage services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the hotel’s sales and marketing plan, monitoring progress against key performance indicators, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving revenue, enhancing brand positioning, and expanding market share.
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager and Head Office.
• Responsible for brand management, overseeing digital marketing and client relationships, ensuring the hotel maintains its luxury image
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Manage online presence, promotional materials, and social media engagement.
• Coordinate client entertainment, site inspections, and represent the hotel at various events.
• Ensure all client communications are tracked and maintained.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification/Skills

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Strong digital marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
• Proven track record in achieving commercial success.
• A professional certificate will be an added advantage.
