Responsibilities

• Maintain food, supply, and equipment inventory
• Place orders for food and supplies
• Organize and supervise buffets
• Prepare recipes according to instructions
• Serve food
• Develop new recipes
• Plan menus
• Maintain an ingredients inventory

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum: Proof of attending a  good catering school 
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure  
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask.
