GIU International Christian Academy is a Christian school and a Cambridge International School in Tema. We seek applications from experienced, hardworking, and goal-oriented individuals for the Primary School IT Teacher Position.

The IT Teacher will be responsible to the Head of HR and the Principal.

Duties and Responsibilities

The IT Teacher shall:

• Instruct primary school students in IT;
• Ensure the proper education and training in IT for students;
• Ensure and promote school discipline.

Required Skills or Experience

Candidates looking to apply for the position must meet the following requirements:

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Programming/Computer Engineering
• Have expertise in Web and Graphic design
• Have a minimum of three (3) years teaching at an international curricular school
• Must be conversant in either Cambridge International Education or the IB
• Be able to teach IT and its related skills
• Identify students' skills and develop them
