Job Description

  • Reports to: Head of Corporate Communications

Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and managing comprehensive CSR programs that align with the values and objectives of the business and the Bryan Acheampong Foundation (BAF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy for BAF, prostate and breast cancer initiatives.
  • Design, plan, and execute CSR programs from conception to completion, ensuring effective project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Manage the CSR budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization and ROI.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and community groups, to amplify CSR impact.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support CSR initiatives and enhance the group's reputation.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness about prostate and breast cancer, promoting education, early detection, and support.
  • Establish metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of CSR programs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years in CSR program management, preferably in healthcare, non-profits, or cancer-related initiatives.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing budgets and measuring program outcomes.
  • PMP, or public health credentials are a plus.
  • Expertise in designing and executing complex projects with tools like MS Project or Asana.
  • Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Exceptional verbal/written skills for engaging stakeholders, crafting campaigns, and delivering presentations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Sensitivity to work with diverse communities, especially in regions served by BAF.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Experience in public health campaigns, particularly cancer awareness or patient support programs.
  • Knowledge of socio-economic and healthcare challenges in BAF’s operational regions (e.g., Ghana).
  • Passion for social impact and improving healthcare access.
  • Willingness to travel locally/internationally as needed.
  • Fluency in local languages (e.g., Akan) is advantageous.
