Job Description

Responsibilities

Track and analyse production data( egg production, growth rates, ect)
Supervise and motivate farm staff,ensuring their training and performing their duties effectively.
Manage feed and other supplies,ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Identify and address problems promptly and effectively, using strong problem solving skills.
