Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring excellent service, quick issue resolution, and accurate record-keeping for a seamless guest experience.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in rooms and public areas through regular inspections and timely task execution.
• Assign duties, schedule shifts, and monitor staff performance while providing training to ensure efficient, courteous, and consistent service delivery.
• Oversee guest house facilities by conducting inspections, ensuring maintenance needs are addressed promptly, and enforcing safety and security standards.
• Track and manage stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and maintain records to ensure uninterrupted operations and cost control.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor occupancy, manage expenses, and support budgeting to ensure smooth financial and operational efficiency.

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or guest house operations.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to effectively adapt and work with new and changing situations.
• Attention to detail, good analytical, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
