Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.
2. Oversee the implementation of the IB Programme and ongoing development of the Cambridge Programme, from Early Years to A Level, ensuring adherence to rigorous academic standards and the promotion of holistic development.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Lead and inspire a team of educators and staff members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
5. Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, students, faculty, and external stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience.
6. Stay abreast of educational trends, best practices, and developments in the field of international education.
7. Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions and decision-making processes.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred;  (Applicants with a minimum of a Master's degree may apply)
- Certification as a school principal or educational administrator.
- Proven experience in international leadership roles within European/American schools.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge International Programme and International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in education.
