A Microfinance at Lapaz has vacancy for Marketing officers.

 Tasks include:

• Marketing campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising and promotional campaigns 
• Brand management: Assist with branding activities and initiatives, and ensure brand consistency 
• Content creation: Create and manage content for advertising materials, websites, and social media 
• Market research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and promotion 
• Event organization: Organize and attend marketing events and promotional activities 
• Budgeting: Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses 
• Cross-selling: Cross-sell other bank products and services 
• Account reviews: Conduct account reviews to ensure quality service 
• Client communication: Inform clients of new products, offerings, and rates 

Required Skills or Experience

• HND in Marketing
• Experience in Banking sector is an added advantage
• Excellent written and communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with customers,
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
