Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the professional services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the professional services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within diverse industry markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding
