Job Summary:

We are seeking for a Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Assistant, who will assist our customers and the team in ensuring safety and functionality of fire extinguishers and related equipment through regular inspections, minor maintenance, and reporting of deficiencies, contributing to customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Call clients and schedule pick up of Fire Extinguishers
• Coordinate with the team at the warehouse to maintain and service fire extinguishers
• Prepare fire Extinguisher quotations for clients
• Gives approval for job completion forms for accounts to prepare invoice
• Maintain and update calendar on Odoo for pick-up of Fire Extinguishers
• Maintain pickup date, next refilling dates on Google calendar
• Receives waybills and invoices and scan them to Google drive
• Manages the filing system of the office
• Updates documents in their respective files in the office
• Liaise with the key accounts manager to renew fire service certificates
• Follow up on debtors list
• Receive client calls and resolve their issues
• Any other duties by management

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in any related field; HND or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
