Job Description

  • Reports to: Head of Retail / Operations

Your role as Retail Associate:
You will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience, drive results, and engage operational processes, including opening and closing of the studio, filing daily, weekly and monthly reports. A typical day in this role will involve supporting customers with their shopping needs, making recommendations, restocking shelves, maintaining a tidy store environment, and working with the team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate
This role is best suited for a graduate with a keen interest in fashion, fashion business, sales, and visual merchandising, must be able to work effectively in a team and with at least a year experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining guests as top priority.
  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations, production and studio teams.
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet all customer needs.
  • Manage and process all transactions accurately and efficiently and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Required Skills or Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, Marketing, and other relevant fields.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
