• LOCATION: SPINTEX ROAD, ACCRA

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Electrical Parts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of electrical inventory across all warehouse operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Specify

• Assist representatives from other departments to retrieve stock quantity of specific items
• Ensure stock out conditions are avoided through daily monitoring of minimum stock levels
• Monitor on-going projects to provide early warning of stock out
• Monitor Sales forecast to provide early warning of stock out
• Place purchase requests taking into consideration sales forecast, on-going projects, vendor lead times to ensure minimum stock levels are kept at all times
• Report inaccurate stock levels as and when they occur
• Generate purchase requests for low stock items, non-stock items based on material requisitions and sales orders

2. Receiving

• Update ERP software of items received
• Physical inspection of returned items to verify quantity and condition of item
• Ensure items returned are in good condition for resale
• Return items to their designated warehouse locations
• Ensure returned items are stored under appropriate safe condition

3. Inventory & Stock Level Monitoring

• Prevent stock shortages by tracking minimum stock levels daily.
• Provide early warnings for potential stockouts based on project and sales forecasts.
• Place purchase requests considering sales trends and vendor lead times.
• Report discrepancies in stock levels immediately.
• Present filed records of Material movement per project or sales order per customer
• Generate packing list for warehouse assistants
• Oversee picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities.
• Generate purchase requests for low-stock and non-stock items.
• Maintain accurate material movement records for projects and sales.
• Supervise junior warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.

3. Issuing

• Issuing out items from ERP software
• Handing over items to the User
• Generating Waybills for items packed
• Ensuring Materials are adequately packaged and labelled for dispatch
• Where items are supplied with invoice, ensure invoice is included in packaging
• Supervise picking, packing, and loading activities related to warehouse operations
• Supervise offloading activities related to warehouse operations
• Identifying physical location and quantity of items.

OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG’s OHS&E procedures
• Follow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructions relating to work
• Hazard identification and reporting
• Wear appropriate PPEs for work at all time
• Knowledge on the safe use of all tools and equipment as applicable

Required Skills or Experience

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of effectively managing stock levels, processing material requisitions, and utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
