Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive female candidate for the role of Telecaller to support our Agricultural Inputs business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Attend incoming calls from farmers.
Explain product details and usage in a simple and clear manner.
Connect farmers with nearest dealers / distributors.
Follow up with farmers until purchase is realized and further follow up on usage feedback.
Respond to dealers / distributors inquiries.

Required Skills or Experience

Good communication skills.
Languages Known: English & local languages such as Twi, Ewe, Ga and Fante.
Ability to multitask and maintain call records.
Basic technical understanding of agricultural inputs.
