Job Description

  • Location: Accra/Adabraka 

Are you passionate about helping people? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a smile that can be heard over the phone? We’re looking for a Customer Help Desk Agent to be the friendly voice that supports our clients and keeps our customers happy every day.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot basic technical and service-related issues
  • Provide timely and accurate information to resolve concerns
  • Log interactions and track issues in the helpdesk system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required Skills or Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/helpdesk tools
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Previous customer service or help desk experience is a plus
  • Minimum Diploma/HND/Degree
