Job Description

• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
• Set out and mark reference points, boundaries, and construction layouts for infrastructure and development projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, maps, and reports.
• Analyze and interpret survey data to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide survey support throughout project lifecycles.
• Verify and update existing land records and plats as needed.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
