Roles & Responsibilities

• Marketing and promoting Phads Consults institutions to prospective students.
• Develop and initiate student recruitment strategies that will have good return on investment.
• Identify opportunities, develop plans, initiate alliances that
• will strengthen the Phads Brand and ensure with relevant organizations including scholarship bodies.
• Counsel and provide up-to-date information and choices available top rospective students.
• Maintain full update on all Phads Consult partner institutions regarding courses, materials and procedures.
• To efectively recruit students of high quality to register with PhadsConsult
• Handle conversion process from application to visas for students registered with the counselor
• To achieve 80% conversion ratio per intake with all registered students

Required Skills or Experience

• Excelent organizational skills–esential
• Good report writing and analytical skills–esential
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office suits–esential
• Knowledge of international higher education–esential 
• Excelent verbal and writen communication skills 
• Working on marketing principles and local market terrain
