A replicable Micro Credit Institution is looking for experienced persons to fill the role of a Customer Relation Officers 

Responsibilities

• Loan disbursement
• Loan repayment recovery
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling customer information. Follow data protection guidelines to prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with sales teams to promote additional offerings and enhance customer relationships
• Assist customers with their banking needs such as mobilization and withdrawals, loans etc….
• Maintaining good relationship with new and old customers

Required Skills or Experience

Education

• HND,DBS AND WASSCE

Experience

• With or without experience industry experience.

Age

• 20 years and above
