About the Role

As a VoC Agent, you will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer feedback. Your insights will directly impact service enhancements, new initiatives, and innovation. You are not just collecting feedback—you are driving the future!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to collect meaningful feedback through calls, surveys, and interviews
  • Analyze customer experiences and identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
  • Create clear and actionable reports for leadership and operational teams
  • Partner with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Training teams to drive improvements
  • Recommend changes based on customer insights to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Serve as the customer’s advocate, championing their voice across the organization

Required Skills or Experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in survey tools or data analysis (bonus points if you know Excel, Tableau, or Power BI!)
  • A passion for customer service and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to turn feedback into actionable insights and present them compellingly
  • Team player with high emotional intelligence and empathy
