How To Apply

• Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the link below or inspect tender documents at the office of Finance & Administration Officer at AG Care Ghana Northern Field Office during working hours from 8am - 4pm.
• A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the link  https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/u2xlrsdelxcqpo0qnafk3/AIjOsPwLAHWpnWMSK03jH8g?rlkey=6mkzdbpxuxckkeus7iz90vh21&e=1&st=rgegopmc&dl=0 The tender documents shall be available for download from 28th April to 12th May 2025.
• Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
• Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tenderer’s Name, Project title and Reference Number and delivered on or before 12th May 2025 at 4:00pm.
• A box to receive tenders will be placed at a vantage and secure place of AG CARE Northern Field Office for two copies (Finance and Technical) of tenders to be placed inside.
• Tenders will be opened later in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, at AG CARE Northern Field Office’s conference room.
• Late tenders will be rejected. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. However, tenderers shall be required to submit soft copies of tender documents after tender opening.
