This programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively undertake monitoring and evaluation of development projects. The programme will examine important concepts and activities from inception through to outcome of projects.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course participants:

• Would have gained a conceptual understanding of monitoring and evaluation
• Should be able to undertake readiness assessment and apply the tools of result-based project monitoring and evaluation
• Should understand and be able to use the Logical Framework Approach
• Would have learnt the various methods and tools for monitoring and evaluation and
• Would   be  able   to   use   appropriate   tools   for  analyzing   and presenting monitoring and evaluation results.
