AECI Ghana Limited hereby invites vendors to submit tenders for December Christmas Hampers 2024. 
It is estimated that tenderers must have a clear understanding of groceries and other items which need to be supplied, to satisfy criteria stated in the Tender Data.

Only tenders who can deliver the quantities and brands required, who have a capacity and capability to execute the supply, whose tax payers are in order and not restricted from trading with the state are eligible to submit tender.

Required Skills or Experience

BID EVALUATION

This bid will be evaluated as follows:

• Phase One: Responsiveness to the eligibility criteria, bid and mandatory requirements and rules. Tenderers that do not meet the compliance requirements stipulated above will be disqualified from further evaluation.
• Phase Two:  Price and Quality of supply will be evaluated. 
• Phase Three: Objective criteria and Risk analysis

BID SPECIFICATIONS, CONDITIONS AND RULES

• The minimum specifications, other bid conditions and rules are detailed in the bid document under Tender Data 
• The specifications, rules, special conditions of bid, evaluation criteria, and rules for evaluation for compliance to local content and other bid conditions are detailed in the document. 
• Bids can only be placed in Ghanaian Cedi, and will only be paid in Ghanaian Cedi
• Supplier/Vendor needs to be able to deliver all goods tendered on by the 29 November 2024
